We all spent many years cooking in kitchens that ran on burnout, tight margins and ego.

Pie O My is our way of doing things differently.

The idea is simple: cook food we actually care about.
Honest, comforting, affordable dishes with no tricks and no bullshit. Food that makes sense to eat, and feels good to make.

The menu isn’t fixed. We test recipes on our friends, keep what works, ditch what doesn’t. It will always change as we do.

The name is a reference to the racehorse Pie-O-My in the TV series The Sopranos. It also means “our piece of the pie.” That’s what this is: our corner of the world, built on our own terms.

At the end of the day, Pie O My is just that: three people cooking real food for anyone who wants to sit down and enjoy it. Whoever you are. No bullshit, no egos, no gatekeeping.
